Hi Lybrate user kindly need to do mri of shoulder joint to make diagnosis of soft tissue injury, treatment will depend on that.
Note:- self assess yours condition is your shoulder pain goes from shoulder to elbow or shoulder pain goes from shoulder to wrist, if it goes till elbow then it might be due to shoulder injury or if pain goes from shoulder to wrist / hand then it might be due to cervical nerve compression/ cervical radiculopathy.

* first check out bone mineral density (bmd).
In case of low bmd, your calcium level in body are low. So take take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * give a gentle oil massage to knees regularly and wrap your knees with cloth dipped in hot water for atleast 10-15 minutes.

Hello lybrate-user,
If your knee pain is persistent for the past few months and is not going despite medications and rest, you need to consider getting an MRI of knee joint done.
Pop sounds from the knee can be due to Loose bodies/meniscal tear/ligamentous injury etc and needs to be clinically examined.

Avoid sitting Cross legged.
Avoid Squatting-
Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
