Frequent urination, every time I feel like I need to pee, but when I do to pee very less urine comes out but no burning sensation, sometimes it happens with me at night and I need to wake up from deep sleep. I consult doctor he prescribe me levofloxine200 mg and flovospaa the doze completes but not well. I consult local pharmacist he told me its overactive bladder and told me to take roliten 4 mg tab.

My age is 18 I am currently facing 3 problems 1) frequent urination (kidney test, urine culture, blood test, diabetes all tests are normal) 2) chest pain (2d echo, 2 times chest x-ray, 6 times ecg, all test are normal) 3) hair loss (everyday 6-7 hairs) 1) frequent urination :-I visited 2 urologist they gives medicine tests but doesn't effect on me still I facing this problem I can't complete my lectures due to this (every leture is about 2 hours of leture and I only control urine mostly 1.15 hour) 2) chest pain:-all reports are normal. I visited 2 chest physician and 1 general doctor general doctor said me go for chest physician After I visit 1 physician he said it's gas problem I get it medicine 1) pan 2) liquid but not effected on me after that I changed chest physician 2nd chest physician says your heart chamber is in good condition he said you have weakness in your bones so I used that medicine 4 months after few again it's starred every night I feeling this chest pain and also feels like dizziness please help give me solution what I do can I again go for 2decho or I visit cardiologist? It's heart related problem? Please help!

I feel if all your tests are normal then you are having overactive bladder and it needs bladder retraining exercise and antimuscarinics for a long period. Try solifenacin 5 mg twice daily for 1 month.

I hope you have done USG abdomen and pvrv and urine routine and culture and sensitivity. If they are normal then start tab solifenacin 5 mg twice daily for 15 days and see how is the response. If you feel comfortable with it then you can continue this medicine for longer period.

These could be two separate problem. You need an ENT specialist advice for liquid coming out of head. For frequent urination please get USG abdomen and pvrv and urine routine and culture and sensitivity done. If reports are normal then you can take tab solifenacin 5 mg twice daily for 15 days and see how is the response.

Hi, Due to excessive masturbation, I am having frequent urination (All day specially if I drink 1 glass of water I pee 3-4 times transparent urine in 1-2 hours, and also specially after masturbation the urine is always transparent) and gas problem also. please suggest me what should I do now? Stop the medicine what you are taking. Take adequate hydration. Get usg kub + pvr and urine culture.
For frequent urunation she can take tab soliten 5 mg once daily for 15 days.

You have to rule out diabetes but also get USG abdomen and pvrv and urine routine and culture and sensitivity done. Sometimes overactive bladder can cause such symptoms. If all reports are normal then start tab solifenacin 5 mg twice daily for 15 days and see how is the response.

Hi, I am Unmarried, not sexually active. I have this urge to urinate frequently and sometimes I may pee 5-6 times without getting out of the toilet. Even after getting out of toilet I still have this urge to urinate which I brings under the control. Thrice (3diff days with a week gap) I sensed a fishy odor in urine without any discharge or burning sensation. Sometimes I sense a feeling that a pin being inserted into the urethra or a pain you sense when you hold the pee for too long. No bloody urine, just yellow but couldn't figure if it's cloudy. 2 days back I have coughing without fever or chills. These symptoms appeared almost in a month. I really would like to know the disease and the test that I should take.
