No they are not the same. Concor is a single medicine named bisoprolol. Xoncor am has amlodepine in addition to bisoprolol. Do not replace one with another withput a doctor advice.

Concor cor 1.25 contains bisoprolol 1.25mg and concor 5 mg contains bisoprolol 5mg. So concor 5mg has higher dose.

You should get a ecg done at nearby hospital at the earliest as it could be some abnormal rhythm.
Till than, we advise tab bisoprolol 5 mg till than for such times.
