2.If it is Typhoid, you have to take a full course of antibiotic for 10-14 days

If affordability is not an issue, these vaccine should preferably be given. There is nothing compulsory though. Vaccination will help your baby grow immunity against the disease.
It is safe to start the missed vaccine at current age of your child. You should give it as soon as possible.
