No. I advise you to stop allopathic treatment as it gives temporary results only with lots of side effects, it will recur once you stop medicines and homeopathic treatment cures it from roots without side effects. No chance of recurrence. You can consult me online for homoeopathic treatment without side effects.

Hello-
no it isn't as the foreskin will become even more tight and rigid once you stop applying the steroid cream (betamethasone). However, ayurveda traditional medicine offers permanent treatment of phimosis. It is worth noting that in recent years, medicine has made great progress in this field. So, if you looking for a permanent solution for your tight foreskin, yes it is possible with ayurveda. Surgery (circumcision) can be avoided.

Hello-
Betamethasone is a steroid. It makes skin retractable one time during the use but makes it thicker and even tighter once you stop using it, so doctors recommend circumcision for Phimosis in allopathy. It is not a good option for you, as it is not a cure.

Yes,The initial choice of treatment is a steroid ointment that is locally applied. (This can be suggested by a doctor after you are examined in person.)The ointment softens the foreskin and is applied for up to 6 weeks. When full retraction is possible the ointment is stopped.

If this treatment is unsuccessful, a circumcision (surgical removal of foreskin) is advised.
