Dizziness is common side effect of niacin ,niacin also called nicotinic acid ,is a B vitamin (B3) used in vitamin supplement ,use to prevent cardiovascular disease lowering cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood ,it is use for hyperlipoprotenemia and a supplement to treat vitamin B3 deficiency ,some might experience itching under the skin ,redness sweating or chills ,nausea legcramps insomnia

1.Wash your face twice daily with soap and warm water to remove excess oil or wash face with Acnestar soap
2.Don’t scrub your face.
3. Apply acnestar gel (1%clindamycin+15 nicotinamide) twice daily for 4 week
4.If no relief, consult skin specialist.

There is no weakness due to blood donation. Get that off your mind. For the dark patch it is phlebitis. Usually a common phenomenon. Use thrombophob ointment thrice daily for few days along with ice foamentation that will help.

you may apply thrombophob ointment to dissolve the clot under the skin , automatically the blue green discolouration will go in a weeks time depending on the severity of clot.

Thanks for your query.
Pain you are experiencing appears to be due to thrombophlebitis i.e. Inflammation of veins due IV cannula.
You can apply thrombophob gel on the affected area to relieve the pain.

insulin to be taken subcutaneously not in muscle or vein.
Now it will take time to recover.
Locally apply

Do not use such harsh chemicals continuously on face.
Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA glow face wash daily
Use Sunscreen with spf 30 daily.
Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week.
You can also use apple cider vinegar with Mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.
