Benipack and inzit both contains the same medication, Benidipine 4 mg which is used to treat hypertension.
Yes you can safely take Inzit instead of Benipack. There are different brand names with same content. Regards.

Your Dr. probably did not mean BENIQ, just illegible or typo. Benidipine 8 is very similar to amlodipine 5. These medicines are generally preferred for older people.

You can add additional 40mg of plain Tazloc in the morning to start with and monitor the BP.
Reduce salt in diet and do regular exercise.
Kindly get evaluated for the cause of hypertension at such young age for you.
