Benina 4Mg Tablet, is a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker that is used for the treatment of high blood pressure. This makes the tachycardia minimal.

It should not be taken by women who are pregnant or lactating. Tell your doctor your entire medical history and all current medication you are currently on so as to avoid any unnecessary complications and medical interactions.

Benina 4Mg Tablet should be taken with food. The adult dosage is 2-4 mg daily, which may be increased gradually if needed according to the medical condition.

Some of the possible side effects of Benina 4Mg Tablet include nausea, constipation, increased urination, hot flushes, itching, shoulder stiffness and oedema.

propranolol or other betablockers group of medicines have minimal side effects compared to other medicines you had been taking continue with medicines even if bp gets normal because these betablockers reduce the risk of getting heart attack or stroke second fear, safety for diabetics, these medicines do affect blood sugar levels and lipids too but it's so minimal that your dose of Medicine for diabetes will not be affected.

Hello, Benipack and inzit both contains the same medication, Benidipine 4 mg which is used to treat hypertension. Yes you can safely take Inzit instead of Benipack. There are different brand names with same content. Regards.

Try the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) diet, which emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains and low-fat dairy foods. Get plenty of potassium, which can help prevent and control high blood pressure. Eat less saturated fat and total fat.Consult with your dietician to make a chart. 2)Try to decrease the salt in your diet. 3)Try to maintain a healthy weight. If you're overweight, losing even 3 kilograms can lower your blood pressure. 4)Try to increase physical activity. Regular physical activity can help lower your blood pressure and keep your weight under control. Strive for at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day. 5)Limit alcohol. Even if you're healthy, alcohol can raise your blood pressure. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. 6)Don't smoke. Tobacco injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. 7)Manage stress. Reduce stress as much as possible. Practice healthy coping techniques, such as muscle relaxation and deep breathing. Getting plenty of sleep. 8)Monitor your blood pressure at home. yes you are taking the right treatment continue even if bp gets normal because medicines for BP protects the heart and brain also
