on this forum prescription of medicine is not allowed. Can take a private consultation. Can use steam inhalation and salt water gargles twice a day to relieve symptoms.

Dear lybrateuser,
- Avoid all cold fluids, have mire of warm fluids like tea, coffee, milk & soup
- do warm salt water gargles three times a day if there is pain or irritation in the throat
- also avoid exposure to dust, smoke, sprays, avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food
- mix 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder in a cup of warm milk & have twice a day
- take tablet levocetrizine, 10mg, 1 tablet daily in the evening
- take syrup Benadryl, 2 teaspoonful three times a day

Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily, take honitus syrup 3 times daily. if no relief you have to take antibiotic. Consult.

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily
2. Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily
3.. Take Viscodyne D syrup 2tsf thrice daily if it is a dry cough or viscodyne syrup if cough is associated with sputum
4. You may have to take antibiotic along with it if no relief .
