Dear Ms. Lybrate-User, any medication which is not required can be very dangerous, especially in pregnancy.
It would be advisable to use all medicines after consultation with your doctor.
Deaxnol has a life of 24 hours ad after that the drug will leave your body, so you need not worry.
Kindly consult a pulmonologist for the "breathlessness issue"
wishing you good health.

The medicines given are not antidepressants. No wonder her depression did not improve. Consult a psychiatrist and get proper antidepressants based on her symptoms and general medical condition. All the best.

propranolol or other betablockers group of medicines have minimal side effects compared to other medicines you had been taking
continue with medicines even if bp gets normal because these betablockers reduce the risk of getting heart attack or stroke
second fear, safety for diabetics, these medicines do affect blood sugar levels and lipids too but it's so minimal that your dose of Medicine for diabetes will not be affected.
