Some medications, including chloramphenicol or streptomycin, may lower your BUN levels. Other drugs, such as certain antibiotics and diuretics, may increase your BUN levels. Commonly prescribed medications that may raise your BUN levels include: amphotericin B (AmBisome, Fungizone)

Though it has local action only but chloramphenicol is better you avoid as it came in catrgory c i.e though it has benefits but side effects are more in pregnancy.
I suggest use azee ear drops and candid ear drops. One in morning and one at night.
Please meet your ent doctor and ask for it.

Generally 2.5 to 3.5 kg weight loss per month dosent cause any problems. You lost too much weight too fast and body is still adjusting to it. Don't go for zero carbs currently. Moderate carb consumption will avoid hypoglycemia which is causing all your symptoms. But do not stop your exercise. It is important not to loose the will to maintain the weight loss. Only way is to exercise more
