Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back or abdomen.
Rest when needed.
Give yourself a little massage where it hurts.
Exercise-- get moving to relieve symptoms. Walking, running, yoga etc.
Avoid foods that contain caffeine.
Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol
for better results consult with details.

There is no fixed time in which one bleeds after taking ipill. Sometimes unexpected bleeding occurs more over it is not necessary. Next menstrual cycle can be early or delayed as side effects of the pill. Urine Pregnancy test should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test.

Yes, the jaundice is physiological and is receding normally and will take a week or so. It is due to breakdown of foetal haemoglobin to be replaced by normal haemoglobin. Bilirubin is a breakdown product of haemoglobin hence increases immediately after birth. Unless the child is having some abnormal haemoglobin or rh incompatibility between mother and own blood, there is no reason to worry.

Your child having viral illness and it seems because of problem of lactose intolerance your pediatrician has advised you to stop milk.
Definitely the problem of infection is most probably due to bottle feeding but it is also quite natural that you cannot stop the bottle feeding all at once, gradually wean off the child from the bottle and in the meantime strictly adhere to sterilizing the feeding bottles every time you feed the baby.
