Some precautions and drug therapy may be helpful.,
1) Avoid triggers : avoid food or smell that is worsening your condition..
2) Food : Take small meals at frequent intervals
Avoid spicy and fatty foods that is difficult to digest
Bland foods like rice , banana , toast may be helpful

Take breakfast with fruits of 4-5 types. No chapati till 12-1 p.m.
In lunch take plenty of raw but thoroughly washed vegetables. Still there is need of food then take chapatis wth vegetables (cooked).
Same for dinner.
Avoid milk and its products.
Avoid pulses.
Avoid maida products.
Avoid table salt and use rock salt.
Avoid refined oil and refined sugars.
Improvement first week.

You may just take single dose of folvit daily along with vitamin and calcium supplements, should keep you going healthy, but yes along with these things you need to take a balanced diet of fresh green vegetables and fruits with milk along with mother's Horlicks.
