This might be telogen effluvium. Put her on tab kera glow eva twice daily, mintop 2 % once d ay, mintop pro twice day and get her t3, t4, tsh, cbc, vitamin d3 and vitamin b12 tested.

Yes you have to start folic acid 1 month before you start trying for pregnancy. This has to be continued in pregnancy also.
