Saafi is useless. Please stop it. Some people have more oiling skin and are prone to get acne. At your age, a complete hormonal checkup and ultrasound should be done to rule out pcos which is hormonal cause of acne. At the same time, treatment and most importantly maintence should be done. If I say I have weak eyes, and I will have to do treatment with specs. But I will have to wear it continuously. Similarly some people do get acne Kate in life, so this has to be treated.

It's true that some children are more prone to cough and cold and it's allergy what we call as perineal rhinitis but it is not infectious.In most of cases it goes off by 10 years age. Please donor use antibiotic commonly as it have no role in treatment.

Take sonth powder with honey. For you half tea spoon thrice a day and for baby, it is 2 pinches thrice a day. Both of you take steam. Use eucalyptus oil 2-3 drops on hanky and use in a bathing hot water also.

You have not mentioned range and duration of temp. Fever twice in a month relapse after a fortnight which may be due interrupted treatment for a definite cause of fever as various antibiotics used may not have been for sufficient time. Antibiotics are not safe if used unnecessary. I suggest, next time, to maintain temperature chart of 4 time for three to four days without medicine. Home Remedy-
Make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste.
Treatment-
1-Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. 2-Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. 3-Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.
