I am suffering from typhoid detected antigen positive both o & h.i was prescribed taxim 20 and azithral 1000 .presently since last two days I am facing severe gas related problems with severe headache. Kindly suggest.

For viral fever u donot need antibiotics. As antibiotics act against bacteria not virus.
1. Do saline gargles daily.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

Hi, Have some cold from 5 to 6 days. Also took some medicines like Azithral 500, crocin, Laveta M from last 4 days. After taking medicines there is some relief but my left middle ear is completely blocked and is much knowising. Right ear is half blocked. Is this not a problem and shall I continue the same medicines or to consult ENT. Please Cold and flue.

Used foracort inhaler, predmet 2 mg for 5 days, foracort nebulizer, azithral syrup, tab montair lc .his ig e is 201. Visited pediatrician and pulmonologist. They say it's allergy. My neck and chest skin was burnt while I was cooking with hot daal and then I applied burnole cream. After that, in the evening I applied flucort -n and after 2 days I went to the dermatologist and she prescribed momate, silverex gel and azithral-500 mg tablets for 5 days. This cream will be helpful to reduce the burn spot or any other cream can reduce the burn mark?

Time will heal the burn marks, this is preventive treatment to avoid infection. Best is to cool the skin with water when you get burnt that is the most important step. Rest the Drs will take care.

My wife, aged 45, was detected covid-19 positive with ct value 13.5 through rt-pcr on 07.04.2021. symptoms were fever upto 102, irritation in throat and oxygen saturation was lowest value 95-96. The very same day, consulted with doctor, who advised to start ivermectin-1st, 2nd, 7th and 14th day 1 tab, doxy 1 ldr forte – od for 10 days, azithral 500- od for 10 days, uprise d3 60k – 1st, 2nd, 7th, 14th. Every week, zincovit, limcee – od. Dolo650-sos. On 09th blood test for cbc, crp and d-daimer was given, report was within the normal range. Also done hr-ct on 9th, score was 6/25. Then started omnacortil-bd, dabigo 110-bd and rebonik – td for 10 days. Just after start of steroid on 10th, there was no fever. On 17th doxy 1 ldr forte – od and azithral 500- od was continued for 5 more days. Similarly, omnacortil-od, dabigo 110-od and rebonik td was continued for 5 more days. Thereafter, start ivermectin, doxy 1 ldr forte, azithral 500, omnacortil, dabigo 110 and rebonik were stopped. Now, everything is normal except acute weakness, pain in lower body and no normal taste in food. It feel warm when body is touched but no fever in thermometer. Weakness can be due post infection. Have healthy diet. Eat good amount of protein and carbohydrates. For pain you can take dolo (650) max upto thrice a day. Nothing much to do. Weakness will go away gradually. No need to worry much as everything is becoming normal.

I was exposed in 27th of march with an escort and I only had unprotected oral sex (fellatio) for 1 min, this was my first ever sexual exposure. 3 days after exposure I was having tingling in the tip of the penis which lasted for around 15 to 20 days on 5th april I went to a gp and she recommended me to go for hsv 1&2dna pcr 10 days after exposure so I got tested on 9th of april and my reports came out negative, still I was experiencing tingling in the tip of the penis, after 30 days post exposure I went for std test (hiv 1&2 antibodies and p24 antigen, hcv, hsv 1&2 antibodies, syphilis rpr, chlamydia antibody test) all of them came out negative except chlamydia igm was 1.11 (which is equivocal nether positive nor negative) and igg was 0.37. 1 month post exposure. I showed my reports to my gp, she said I do not require a treatment as my my reports aren't positive for chlamydia nor negative but either way I opted for treatment and she gave me 1g azithral which I took on 2nd may, 10 days after taking azithromycin I was still experiencing symptoms and had mild pain in epididymis for 3 days so I went to a venereology doctor on 12th may and explained him what I mentioned above he gave me a 7 days course of antibiotics ofloxacin 200 mg twice a day, along with an anti allergy. After completing the course I was not having tingling issue but 18th of may I started to notice burning sensation in the tip of the penis mostly inside meatus. So I got tested again for chlamydia and my reports came out negative for both igg, igm antibody this test was 4 weeks after taking antibiotics. But still to this day i'm experiencing burning sensation in my penis meatus and it's not burning while urinating and my fluids intakes is absolutely fine I do take plenty of water etc. I searched it in the internet to diagnose my symptoms and I found out that hpv might cause burning sensation in penis. And that burning sensation isn't persistent, sometimes I have it like 2 hrs in a day, sometimes 2 days later for 10 mins within 12 hrs it's completely random. Can hpv cause burning sensation in my penis, I request you to please me out with my problem thank you.

Age around 45 years, male and it observed from the age of 10 years. Tried several options but of no use. As it is seasonal,it is more likely due allery to allergens. Get skin prick test/phadiatop allergy testing done to r/o allergy .Kindly take budamate 200 2puff twice/day with spacer with telekast f 1 tab/day during the season instead of using asthalin inhaler,as it s excessive use can effect your heart. Ashalin is for emergency use only.
