it depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hello.
doxy is ok for trt of syphilis, if allergic to penicillin. Azithromycin is not recommended (cdc, atlanta). Duration of doxy is 2 wks for early syphilis. I would not recommend taking azithromycin. However, please see that penicillin g remains the choice of trt if one is not allergic to pen. The duration of trt depends upon the stage of syphilis.

firstly if you are self-medicating, you shouldn't. You need to see a doctor for a severe cough.
Secondly, to answer your question. Both are antibiotics and their use depends on physicians choice for the particular condition the patient is suffering from.
