This time it's better that both of you go for urine r/m & culture senstivity testing done & start antibiotics based upon reports only else there are high chances of getting resistance to microrganisms & you might land up hospitalsation & requiring iv antibiotics for treatment. Till then 1. Plenty of oral fluids (lemonade/ cranberry juice)

If it was uncomplicated Typhoid the first line of treatment is 3rd generation oral cephalosporin CEFEXIME not Azithomycin. Azithromycin is recommended in MDR cases.
Well if your chikd is not running fever better stop all the medicines.
Use of antibiotics should not be indescriminate. You have every right to ask your doctor regarding justification in use of antibiotics in case you or your child is suffering from fever.

Yes Ayush. Please stop taking Azifine. You are right that taking antiobitic for too long with cause resistance. You can go in for chemical peels along with local applications so that acne can be controlled.
