If it was uncomplicated Typhoid the first line of treatment is 3rd generation oral cephalosporin CEFEXIME not Azithomycin. Azithromycin is recommended in MDR cases.
Well if your chikd is not running fever better stop all the medicines.
Use of antibiotics should not be indescriminate. You have every right to ask your doctor regarding justification in use of antibiotics in case you or your child is suffering from fever.

Laz is antibiotic and it produces such kind complain like acidity ,gastritis, so along with this mediicine take plenty of water, avoid spicy, food which causing more acidity so no problem you can take any antacid syears for acidity and for constipation take one glass milk at bed time with munakka or consult with your dr.

Pleural effusion is usually a manifestation of an underlying disease. If you are having similar complaints again but on the other side too it's unlikely it's because of the pleural effusion on the right side. Would advise you to get it evaluated with a pleural tap rather than taking medications this time around.
