Two days back I was suffering from severe throat pain and fever so I consulted a doctor he prescribed me azee 500 Dolo 650 xycal 5 mg ivy leaf extract syrup after one day of medicine sterday I got a severe diarrhoea with mucus, last year for the same reason I went to doctor he gave me a tablet called zady 500 after taking that medication oso I suffered a severe diarrhoea for 2 months so I guess some composition of the tablet is causing diarrhoea. Please help me out to solve this problem. Thank you.

Diarrhoea is a very common side effect of Azithromycin.
Any lactobacillus preparation may be taken along with it to reduce the chances of diarrhoea.

My name is mogana, age 41, from last 10/15 days i'm suffering from throat irritation I feel as the mucus is stick in my throat not coming out my gp gave me. Tab montek lc, azithromycin 500, t. Zincovit bd 5 days t. Montair lc night for 3 days, sinarest t. Azee 500 night for 3 days t. Zerodol p twice a day for 2 days I had taken tis all medicine properly yet not feeling well again Dr. asked me to continue for few more days. And did gargling with betadine also but still not feel cure yet I feel cough is stick on throat please help me with this, rest I don't have any fever, coughing ya anything else.

You should do a chest x ray and blood test to know any abnormality inside your chest or else where.

Hi, I am 25 year old female. From one month I am facing some problem, but I do not know what it is. I have even taken its medication and it was controlled, but after week it was happened again and still it is going on. Problem I am not easily swallowing food and water. And there is neither any irritation, pain nor I am coughing. The problem I am facing is my throat is not cleaning well. Food and water is passing easily. But, when I swallow my saliva either it pass and clear my throat or It sticks there and don't go down through water or food. There is no any pain and no any swelling. I thought it would be cold but I am absolutely fine. When I had taken medication (azithromycin tablet and chest on cold) for three days, it got fine. But after few weeks again this problem arouse and still going on. I even do gargling (warm water and salt) I am not understanding what it is. Please help me.

Continue aziwok tab twice daily for 5 days along with betadine mouth gargle would help, along with it get your blood checked for RA Factor done.

You can have loose stools so take a pro biotic
More than that taken these 2 antibiotics together is useless stop. 1 of them.

No, Put otorex ear drops in the ear which has wax three drops three times a day for 10 days. The wax should become soft & then it can be syringed out.

I have itching type pain not continue pain in neck (oral cavity) Left side from last One week and left ear pain from today. No difficulty in inhaling food no continue pain but sometime. Sir my rtpcr report attached. Ct value 21. Following medicine I am taking. Fever star date 23rd april friday (1 pm onwards. Today is 6th day. Symptoms - high fever in between 101 to 102.7 (even after taking dolo 650 not going down ). Oxygen level - 95 to 96. From today - there is loss of smell also. And in eyes I am feeling itching also. I am taking the below medicine from 24th april. 1) dolo 650 (three times ). 2) ivermectin - 12 mg (od ). 3) azithromycin - 500 mg - azee. (od ). 4) doxil - 100 mg - (od ). 5) monticope - (od ). 6) zincovit, limcee, b complex. Please advise if there is any changes in above medicine as today is 6th day and fever not coming down. Hi. Currently there is no need to add anything. You might need to add steroids later if oxygen saturation drops. Lying in prone position (on your chest) is advised.
