Hi, My son has been prescribed GRILINCTUS-BM PAEDIATRIC SYRUP as he was having bronchial asthma. I have noted that this brand contains Terbutaline 1.5 mg while remaining all brand contains 1.25 mg of Terbutaline. Is there any S/E of this brand or advantage? Kindly suggest.

Administering Terbutaline for a long duration is certainly not advised. Try homoeopathy instead for better results and no s/e.

Alternate is syears ambroxol + bromhexine + terbutaline 5 ml tds.
It will not make to dry

10 days before I vomited blood with saliva. It 6.00 am to 11.00 am. About 10 times vomited blood. Each time 20 to 30 ml of blood I committed. The day before I consumed 360 ml. Of alcohol. I am 40 years old female and I have a very sensitive throat. I often get throat pain, sore throat and it leads to loss of voice also. What would you suggest? Should we all do a Septilin course? If yes, then how? please tell us the procedure. Same is with my children also. They too get sore throat and cough very often. please suggest a permanent solution to this problem.
