I am afraid ,but have to say that pilonidal sinus needs definitive surgery and expertise to get cured. Antibiotics like augmentin may help temporarily to control the infection and give relief to some extent. However I strongly recommend you to visit a surgeon nearby and get it handled properly. H pylori infection is not something very urgent. Its better to delay taking these medications till 12 weeks as data regarding safety of these drugs in first trimester especially clavulanic acid in lacking.
Need to keep a ckeck of your bp. Its on the higher side especially the diastolic.
You drink plenty of water, take frequent small meals and need to add antacid.

Hello. From your test results, you are not infected with hiv, from the suspected exposure. Hiv 1 dna pcr done at or after 10 days is highly sensitive test to detect hiv infection. However it is not recommended as first line test ,except in infants.
Beside that you did hiv rna pcr ,which is also undected. Both the test done at very high cost,, combind with elisa tests you have done, rules out hiv infection.
