Augmentin 625 Duo Tablet Health Feed

I made a stupid mistake. Last month I was treated for uti (had nausea, lack of appetite, low grade fever, bitter taste, even though my urine culture came negative. I had given the sample after starting on antibiotics.) nevertheless, the treatment worked and symptoms subsided. Unfortunately, I stopped antibiotics as soon as I got my culture report (just 6 single doses later, while my doctor had prescribed a 10 day course with double dose). Now some of my symptoms are back (bitter taste, and an additional symptom- blood in urine only once.) but most symptoms are milder than before. Should I complete the remaining course of antibiotics or should I start the course from beginning? I took augmentin 625 duo last time. How long should I take it?

Incomplete course of antibiotics in case of uti can result not only in recurrence of the condition but also there is chance of developement of resistance to previous medications. It would be better to go for another culture sensitivity test before starting any medicines if last dose of antibiotic was taken 10-15 days before. Thank you.

On 16 june I feel something stuck in my throat. After touching my back tongue then next day my epiglottis swollen and enlarged. Then I consulted ent specialist and doctor give me povidine iodine salt for gargling 5 days. My epiglottis very little decreased. After that doctor tell me to eat augmentin duo 625 antibiotics for 5 days. But after this medication till my epiglottis high rising and swollen. There is no breathing, swallowing and speaking problem. Please kindly help me how it decreased. Either it go away it's own. Or any problem if this epiglottis seen always.

Continued. My diabetes is 21 years old. BP since 1985. I was on medicine for diabetes recently on insulin and Trajenta duo 2.5/500 Twice daily. My Bp is not properly controlled. I am taking Telma 40 Twice daily amlopres 7.5 Twice daily. Nebicard 2.5 after lunch. Pressure is shooting nearly 190/ 70 sometimes. Having headache. My urea, cholesterol level is normal. Sodium, potassium is ok. My haemoglobin is low ie 9.5. I have been pushed Isofar 1000 IV. Recently. General weakness is a common symptom sometimes.

Loose stools happen as a side effect of many antibiotics. As long as baby is not dehydrated, you need not worry. Feed the baby frequently. Use a good nappy rash cream.

Actually i had a problem of sinus before 2 months.Now its come one more time.I had a problem of ear,head.I feel like water holding in my head anmd i get hear loss while hearing to headphone not only head phone but also got ear pain while hearing audio sounds from outside speakers like t.V,computers.Etc actuall\y its very painful for me.I couldnt hear any sounds.It affects my professional life over personal life.I want to releive from this.Kindly help me to get better

Jis ke ek month bad hi conceive ho gya. 15th may 2016 ko mere last periods aaye the. Uske bad 16,17 june ko halki spotting hi hui. Urine test positive tha. Fir meri gynic doc ne pregnancy wale normal tests likhe. Unka result normal tha. Uske bad 26th june ko fir se spotting shuru hui. Doc ne progestrone k 5 dino k 5 injections diye. Per fir bhi spotting continues thi or fir (sath me folic acid and progestrone ki medicine regular thi) .fir 10th june ko koi spotting nhi thi. Or uske bad koi spotting nahi thi. Uske bad ek sonography hui jo 7th july ko hui. Uski reprt thi. Uterus Antiverted, bulky in size. It Shows echotexture. G.G.S. Of size 1.78-6.4. Free fluid absent in P O D. Right ovary normal in size and shape. Left ovary-normal in size and shape. Or doc ne bola ki size kam h to 50 -50 chances h . N hearbeat check krne k liye 15-20 din bad ek or ultrasound likha. Lekin us test se pahle hi 18th july ko raat ko achank se bahut bleeding hui n 1-2 clotts bhi nikle. Fir doc ne bola ki ab aap isko clear karwalo and d and c k liye bola. Lekin mujhe laga ki 2 mnths ki pregnanacy h to medicines se hi clear ho jayega so doc ki batayi hui clear kit li (combipack of mifepristone and misoprostol tablets) ye first tablets 20 july ko li uske bad ki 2-2 tablets 22nd july ko li. And 22nd july ko bahut jyada bleeding thi n kafi sare clotts bhi nikle (i used 9-10 pads. Uske bad 23 and 24 july ko bhi jyada bleeding (i used 7-8 pads) thi. Uske bad 4-5 din tk bleeding (4-5 pads) thi and pain bhi tha. Uske bad doc ko dikhaya to unhone Amoxycillin and Potassium Clavulanate tablets IP. Methygene (din me 3 time, Aclowin (acelofenac and paracetamol tablets) .ye medicines 5 dino k liye di. Or ek or sonography 29 july ko hui. Jisme doc ne bola ki abhi bhi kuch product jo chote chote pieces h wo ander h.or clear kit se poora clear nhi hua to aap D and C karwalo. Uske bad mere husband ne bola ki ek or doc ki opinion lete h to ek or doc k paas gye unhone sari reports dekhi or kaha ki kuch product abhi ander h per abhi d and c karwane ki koi jarurat nhi h.next periods me aapke sab clear ho jayega. 31 july tak last spotting thi. To ab doc ne 8 august tak wait krne ko bola h. Doc pls aap bataye ki Dand C se hi clear hoga ya normally clelar ho jayega. Kyu ki doc ne esa bhi bola h ki agar proper clear nhi hoga to aage conceive krne me problem aayegi. Or ye meri first pregnancy thi. Doc pls bataye. Bahut confused hu. Or doc intercourse kab se kar skte h ye bhi pls bataye? TIA.

Take oral antibiotic (augmentin duo 625 mg) daily two time. If this causes diarrhoea and pain abdomen, you can take probiotics (vizylac, enterogermina, prolactam, sporolac ). Painkillers (tab zerodol sp daily 2 times after meal) along with tab pan 40 before meal, if you have pain, fever, headache. Topical betadene ointment or tbact ointment along with cleaning with hydrogen peroxide solution. If no improvement occur, consult with your dermatologist.
