There is relationship between TB and eyes, you can have Chronic Iridocyclitis I.e. Inflammation in the eyes. Which has to be treated with steroid and atropine eye drops. Because of the atropine eye drops you will not be able to read without Glasses. Please adhere to the medical treatment as prescribed by eye surgeon.

It could be mouth brash . Excess acidity in stomach can cause this mostly occurs early morning .Avoid acidic foods in night.Use antacid if needed.

2. As this is an open question so your reporst ahve not reached me. You have to ask private question to send me reports
3. There is no surgery for lazy eye
4. Patching is only solution. We can replace it with atropine if patching does not suit the child
5. Treatment is of long duration.

Usually MRI scan is not suggested unless there is strong suspicion. Please clarify if Cycloplegic refraction is done after putting drops./Atropine ointment and if it is Eso deviation or inturning Eyes
