Its better to stop atorvastatin. Your lipid profile is more or less normal. Do regular excercise and eat more vegetables and fruits. Reduce rice and sugar intake.

U need to check fasting lipid profile. And according to it I can suggest dose of atorvastatin. But at this age your ct will definately show blockages. U should go for conventional angiography if you really having anginal typical symptoms to know real picture. your medicines are insufficient.
