Lipid medicines are often prescribed, but not always necessary. What are your lipid levels WITHOUT medicines? Fibrate in Atorlip F is not very useful for improving health. Avoid cholesterol medicines unless you have already suffered heart attack.
Other medicines ok, if you wish to reduce pills, discuss about telmisartan and amlodipine combination pill with your Dr, it will control BP with single tablet.
