I have seen the details given. The glucose values are absolutely fine. So there is no reason to change any treatment. Fasting glucose is quite low, any value lower than that can cause hypoglycemia. TGL 206 mg is not really needing any treatment. Secondly unless actual TSH level is mentioned it is difficult give an opinion about that. Usually treatment of hypothyroidism has to be continued for lifetime. As regards borderline diabetes, if your HbA1c% is 6.5, then there is definite diabetes, which needs to be treated with appropriate drugs, diet control and exercise. Thanks.
