Dear Mr. lybrate-user rao, if only the post lunch sugar is high, you can add 4 units of actrapid insulin 15 min before lunch and recheck post-lunch sugar values with your glucometer. If you have low sugar symptoms around 5-6 pm after adding insulin reduce the dose to 2 units
