Dear lybrate-user as I can see your obese and also suffering from dyslipidemia, I would suggest you to do regular exercise along with strict diet control. I would suggest you to take the medication which is being prescribed once you follow all the instruction you may not need it for lifetime.

2. Reduce body wt if over wt
3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice
5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily

- If taken in the prescribed dose & proper time there are minimum or no side effects of the medicines mentioned
- for vitamins & calcium you can check the blood levels
- if other drug causes a side effect then it will be as a symptom as experienced by the person taking the medication.

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.
