Apply proper lip scrub weekly once. Do not do hardly. Apply lip balm with sunscreen like sebamed. Try lipzlite cream daily for three months. If still not cured. Then you can visit your doctor nearby and undergo mild peeling or laser procedure. Also drink lots of water, never smoke, never lick or smack the lips often.
