Don't stop medication. Your blood pressure is maintaining because of that antihypertensive medications. Please do an ecg and then echocardiography. It's essential. If you are diabetic, then I have to change betablocker (aten 25 mg) to another medication. Because if anytime blood sugar level become low, betablocker masks the symptoms of hypoglycemia and conditions become fatal silently.
