Before measuring your blood pressure, lie down, close your eyes, relax for 2 min and then ask someone to measure your blood pressure. Take an average reading by measuring 2 to 3 times a day for 3 days.
Consult me online with the readings. I'll guide you further. Thank you.

Ok Relax,
High Blood Pressure fully treatable. Try to avoid all the Salt or sodium, oily, fried and spicy food in your diet. Include lot of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Ayurveda has very good treatment for High Blood Pressure along with lifestyle management but for treatment we need a detailed history so it would be best if you come for online consultation.

In general, around 7 to 20 mg/dL (2.5 to 7.1 mmol/L) is considered normal. But normal ranges may vary, depending on the reference range used by the lab, and your age. Ask your doctor to explain your results. Urea nitrogen levels tend to increase with age.If your kidneys are not able to remove urea from the blood normally, your BUN level rises. Heart failure, dehydration, or a diet high in protein can also make your BUN level higher. Liver disease or damage can lower your BUN level.

Erectile dysfunction affects older men more than younger men. About 1% of men in their 40s, 17% of men in their 60s, and nearly 50% of men 75 or older aren't able to achieve an erection sufficient for intercourse.
Sometimes erectile dysfunction develops gradually. One night it may take longer or require more stimulation to get an erection. Another time, an erection may not be as firm as usual, or it may end before orgasm. When such difficulties occur regularly, it's time to talk to a doctor....more

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. I do not know from where you have gathered the information about Telmisartnan causing "kidney damage". In fact these group of drugs (ARBs) and ACE- Is are considered safest of blood pressure reducing drugs. Since your BP is well controlled, there is no reason to reduce the dosage. Telmisartan is shown to reduce proteinuria and help improve Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR), which an indication of kidney function. Thanks.
