Probably your son is not showing enough improvement with one of the drugs. Increasing olimelt alone may make him put on weight though he may improve. So instead add Arip that may improve him more but not increase his weight. You doctor assessed your son totally how much sleep he requires, how much weight he can put on, etc. Just follow your doctor's instruction instead of only one of the drugs prescribed.

As far as these drugs are concerned these are given only when necessary in pregnancy. As you have not given your medical history in detail it is difficult to say anything. Qutipin 25 is not to be stopped but if you didnot have any attack from past one year then aripmt can be gradually reduced and stopped.
