Mr Iqbal, 100 g rice, apple, orange all this OK, provided your blood sugar levels are in control. You are on Insulin 30/70, 18 units twice a day plus is there any other oral anti diabetes drug ? The most important thing for you to learn brushing technique and how to keep oral cavity clean. As you have diabetes you need to be very cautious about infections. Next thing is to get professional cleaning and polishing done.
