Hello! The basis of IUI is that drugs such as stimufol increase the number of oocytes formed in a single cycle while semen preparation increases the number of motile sperms in the semen sample after washing out the other stuff. These assume that your tubes and endometrium are patent and healthy. You may get these tested if you do not conceive within 2-3 cycles. The success rate of IUI is upto 15%.

Metformin has been given for pcod. This condition may cause insulin resistance leading to high blood sugar. This drug helps to keep the insulin resistance normal thus helping in treatment of pcod. Letrozole has been given for ovulation.

first most important thing in polycystic ovary syndrome is to produce ovum by using ovulation inducing drugs letroz is selected for PCOD patients so you can use the medicine to get the ovulation and try to conceive within two to three cycles not more than that if it doesn't then check you tube

Not able to conceive to conceive for 2 years along with endometriosis warrants tubal testing or hsg. If fallopian tubes are patent, try for iui. No use doing the same treatment again and again. Iui is also equal to natural conception as the fertilization is natural.
