Fissure pains when you passes stool esp hard stool so if the stool remain soft then pain will be less, sitz bath soft diet plenty of fluids and laxatives should help you.

Do sitz bath thrice daily followed by apply sucar ano in the anal sphincter along with continue other medications like lactihep as before.

Hello lybrate-user, for anal fissure, you need to keep your stool soft. For that you need to take plenty of water and any laxatives. Ointment should be applied with finger, inside the anus, before going to pass stool (try ointment escot. To sit in arm water is often very beneficial. Add 10 ml of betadine to 5 litres of warm water and to sit on that. If after doing all this, you do not get relief, then laser lis will the option to correct it permanently.

Anal fistula
An anal fistula is a chronic inflamed, abnormal communication track between the anal canal and the outer skin of the anus. Commonly this disease develops after spontaneous bursting or operation of an abscess located in this area. It then remains open and discharges pus, even after the abscess has healed.

I want to discuss on anal fistula medication. First of all if you are using commode toilet, then use toilet step stool, commode toilet is unnatural for humans, western toilet increases constipation. Since constipation is a bigger factor behind piles & fissure. Piles or Haemorrhoids is swelling or inflammation of enlarged blood vessels found in side or around the rectum or anus with or without rectal bleeding.
Cause of Piles, fissure: Too,much straining on the toilet due to prolonged constipation for want of fibre.
