Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and apply lidocaine ointment and if necessary get it operated and as of now continue your ongoing medication with pantop and a laxative

Hello lybrate-user, if your diagnosis of anal fissure is confirmed and correct, then apply an ointment which contains nifdepin or diltiazem like escot or fidonal., with your finger, before and after passing stool. I thick your ointment (sucral ano) is not helpful for fissure. Also,to sit in warm steer (sitz bath) and taking plenty of water is helpful.

Hello dear. Take plenty of fluids n fruits. Avoid red meat.
Do sitz baths three times
apply cremagel oint three times a day
take tab diser twice a day
take stool softner like softovac granules with milk bed time. Do this treatment for ten days. Fissure usually takes three weeks to heal. In case of no relief for a month. Surgery may be indicated.
