Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Caffeine addiction is an addiction in line with the substance addiction. De-addiction therapy is to be practiced or administered to clear the problem. Take care.

Post workout, coconut water/ lemonade/ fruit juice/ banana provides instant energy. Caffeine is a diuretic & can lead to dehydration.

I would recommend you to avoid coffee and have tea instead. Because tea has some benefits coffee does not.
Tea protects our teeth from tooth decay whereas coffee damages our tooth enamel.
Tea helps prevent cold, whereas coffee has no such benefit.
Coffee contains large amounts of caffeine whereas tea contains less caffeine.

It s highly dangerous on a longer run, and not approved by doctors, it can damage the kidneys. Also it carries very very high caffeine which makes you extra alert and can cause abnormal beats in the heart (ventricles). Avoid it.

It's cause of concern that your insulin is not acting to neutralize the sugar while you are taking good medicines prescribed by your experience doctor. This is non response of drugs. It's not fault in treatment by your doctor. I would suggest the support of ayurveda medicine as support to your current medicine. Both won't counteract with each other. Observing the response of this integrative approach, further directions would be decided.
If you agree, I would mention the first phase of safe,...more

HI,

One shoe size does not fit all. Similarly one diet or any recommendation from others should not be taken personally unless given by any expert.

these tablets shall give you temporary results unless you are willing to take them for life time. What works best is a healthy diet and exercise programe specially designed for you.

If you can include a good pre workout meal approx 30-45 mins before workout caffeine should not be required.

The amount of time it takes caffeine to leave each person's system can vary dramatically. They include both physical and mental symptoms.and disappear after two weeks.
