I advise you to meditate and avoid masturbation. I would recommend you to avoid coffee and have tea instead. Because tea has some benefits coffee does not.
Tea protects our teeth from tooth decay whereas coffee damages our tooth enamel.

It's cause of concern that your insulin is not acting to neutralize the sugar while you are taking good medicines prescribed by your experience doctor. This is non response of drugs. It's not fault in treatment by your doctor. I would suggest the support of ayurveda medicine as support to your current medicine. Both won't counteract with each other.
