There are two groups of antibiotics. Bactereostatic. Means they stop the germ to multiply and hence infection can not grow. The other group is called bactericidal. This means it kills the germ. Keep the part clean first thing, next use medicated soap+soframycin skin ointment for local application+ azithromycin-250 mg twice a day for 6 days.

It is not that you can not take this combination but there are very specific few situations in which this combination is required. That can only be decided on clinical examination and necessary investigations. If you take unindicated antibiotics it may develop resistance means when next time it is actually required it may not work. So please do not self medicate take proper opinion.

This may be exacerbation of asthma secondary to infection. Please take a course of antibiotics like amoxycillin clavulanic acid. Continue seroflo. If breathless despite this then try asthalin as needed. If still breathless then a short course of oral steroid of 7-10 days without tapering is needed.
