In fungal infection (tinea) amorolfine and luliconazole both are effective but luliconazole is somewhat better .use twice daily for 4 to 6 wks. Keep the area dry and clean. If more area is involved then you wil also need oral antifungal like capsule itraconazole (after proper examination and diagnosis. Thanks.

Fungal infection or Ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. Treatment for Fungal Infection:-Stop all other applications. Cap. Itraconazole (Itrasys/ Canditral) 100 mg twice daily for 2 weeks. Sertacide Cream for application once daily for 1 month. Sebifin cream once daily for 1 month Tab. Fexova 180 mg (if required in case of itching) The treatment has to be complete otherwise the condition will recur. Blood Test- Blood Sugar Fasting & PP. Serum Insulin Fasting and PP.
Better to show directly for correct diagnosis .Pictures can be misleading.
