Cladoxim 200 mg/125 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cefpodoxime and Clavulanic Acid. Cefpodoxime is an antibiotic. I think you should get your blood tests done since high fever even after course of antibiotics could be because of a viral infection, dengue, typhoid etc. Consult a physician and get appropriate tests done. Shifting to stronger antibiotics might not help.
