Hello, Normal blood pressure is 120/80. It may vary slight person to person. If you are having amlovas 2.5 then continue it. Don't discontinue suddenly. Monitor blood pressure for 8 days then consult your physician. Then only take the decision. Do regular yoga & meditation.

Control salt, keep a diary recording bp every week or so. Consult physician - internal medicine for proper investigations for bp. Some appropriate medication like amlovas or some other may have to be started to reduce both readings by another 10-15. Follow up and periodical review with same physicain is necessary healthy life style, avoiding oil, smoking, alcohol etc will help. Yoga and meditation will be beneficial.

I think, first you check your tsh and ecg, pounding of heat may not be because of amlodac. Rule out other causes first.
