Hypertension at your age i.e 33 is not expected. You need a thorough evaluation to look for any secondary causes of hypertension at such young age like hypothyroidism, sleep apnoea, renal disorders.
Once we rule out all the secondary and correctable causes then we can plan the medication part.

Hello Lybrate user according to ayurveda, Hypertension is referred to as Rakta Capa Vriddhi and it sees the vitiation of vata and pitta doshas as the main cause.
