Only in multiple episode, medication should be continued.
Yes, you can try to stop medicine gradually.
Shift to Amisulpride 200 mg for 1 month then to 100 mg for 1 month then 50 mg for 1 month then stop.

Taking long list of traditional medicines for anxiety and fatigue at this age is not recommended. You have already tried much of it. You are already on two good antidepressants so it is less likely that you have uncontrolled depression. These seem more likely to be negative symptoms of schizophrenia according to the data you provided.
However it is advisable that you consult a psychiatrist in person to decide any form of treatment too be improvised.

Dear user, you are too young. But due to certain reasons if you are diagnosed with bipolar disorder you have to take some extra care of yourself. I do not want you to depend on medication solely. I want to know the whole details about your disorder. But I must say don't depend on the medicines and don't make it a habit for future. Just check by reducing the dose slightly as it can be due to anxiety or due to some anticholinergic side effects of clomipramine. But mind that clomipramine is a wonder drug for ocd and if ocd worsens, just continue the same dose as life with ocd is more difficult than life with poor episodic memory.
