Dear gyanmala lybrate-user,
it seems like secondary drug failure of diabetes medicine. You need to work on detailed diabetes management that includes diet and exercise also. As long as sugar levels are concerned it is advisable you to add insulin therapy at present as sugar levels are way above normal readings. Weakness you are having is possibly due to high blood sugars.
You can contact me on this platform for detailed consultation.
Take care.

Dear lybrate-user,
for your height the correct weight would be about 57-60 kg. You stay on your current medications and change the diet as follows, monitor sugars and get back to us. I do find that the pp values are quite high and if they do not get better with the suggested modification you will need to seek a consultation
reduce the quantity of carbohydrate (rice, wheat, rava, maida) in each meal and increase the quantity of protein (dhal, egg white, fish or chicken)

If the combination is glimepirde 2 mg & metformin 500 you can definitely take it. Amoral is too expensive. Tab k -glim m2 (blue cross lab) is only 26 plus for 10 tabs you take any one of these instead of amaryl.

You can take amaryl mc 2 instead of azulix mf 2/0.2 and both the tablets are same with different brand names. There is a mild increase only 0.1 mg of voglibose in azulix mf 2/0.2.

Could be side effects of the medications. For now you can take a 'l-lysine' containing syrup for boosting appetite, take a 'proton pump inhibitor' (for gas, acidity, bloating) in the morning, and do a liver function test (blood test for lft). Most importantly, talk to the doctor who treats your diabetes about this symptom.
