I also am not sure if your mentioning lamitor od 200 in the medication list is even possible. However, we need more information as to why a troponin t test was done and if it was due to chest pain and a repeat troponin t test is elevated as well, you need to immediately consult a emergency physician and your psychiatrist. Yes there are remedies for dysarthria and aphasia like conditions given in ayurveda's renowned book bhaishajya ratnawali and we have been using it with our modalities by way of experience. But its not only med but some other techniques like breathing techniques/ some syllables to practice in the form of mantra etc. Some other medicine which are very simple. Hi please consult a therapist and doctor, who can find out if you have other issues or symptoms also for insomnia. Before sleep meditate for 5-10 min, take a walk and use your bed only to sleep not for watching tv, mobile etc. Try to calm yourself, try to have thought free mind. All these you will have practice slowly and it will work.
