Hello,
I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awakening in morning
Kindly follow advises given below:
1. strict to sleep time schedule
2. Do regular Physical activity
3. Regular meditation/ yoga
4. avoid Tea coffee after 7 pm
5. you can take bath at bed time
6. Avoid day time sleep
7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes

Hi, along with medication you can always listen music. But excess of everything is bad whether it is a good thing like music .
Loud music for long time will not only harm your peace of mind but also your ear drums too.

Dear lybrate-user, your urine output depends on water intake. As much as you drink water so is the urine output. But this is alarming that you go ten times per day. Pl go for proper kidney function test .all your problem will be sorted out. You should always keep a gluco meter device in your room .on empty stomach, you should monitor your blood glucose level ok.
