Different kind of pigmentation need different medicines n modality of treatment. Some deficiencies can also worsen pigmentation. Without seeing photos n detailed history it's difficult to tell. However, sun protection is important. Do use a good sunscreen. Also I hope you have started epiduo after proper doctor consultation. Do not use epiduo without knowing the proper way to use it. As it can cause dryness n irritate the skin if used wrongly. N irritated skin will get further pigmented faster.

No need to take both the medicines. If you are getting relief by aceclofenac 100 mg and it suits you, please go ahead with it after discussing the same with your treating doctor.

Chiropractic adjustment will help.
• Use a rolling pin or tennis ball. While seated, roll the rolling pin or ball with the arch of your foot. If you are able to, progress to doing this exercise while you are standing up.
