6-8 cells are normal. Drink lots of water and report will never be zero pus cells 2-6 are always present depending upon intake of water and seasons
during summers, Numbers of pus cells are high but antibiotics are not needed
since you have taken medicines, which may be safe
doctors like to avoid all medicines specially during first 3 months when organs of fetus are forming.

Hello Lybrate user. Usually for wisdom tooth ache, an antibiotic and pain killers are given. Lornoxicam is a pain killer and metronidazole and cefuroxime are antibiotics. Paracetamol is also given pain relief. One pain killer tablet is enough. The pain will subside gradually. The medications will give only temporary reliefs. The permanent relief is by doing impaction. Take an orthopantamogram and go for impaction. Consult me for further details. Thank you. Thank you.
