I had chest pain and doctor advised testing ecg, echo cardiograph, troponin test, stress test, blood test haemogram, sugar, liver etc all test are negative no issues, but chest pain is still there, I am able to do work normally no issue in breathing, able to walk 8 km per day. Doctor gave me temla40+metoprolol 25 once a day and night ecosprin av 75 mg, but some times I get good sleep some times not, heat beat is fast at night and I get up.in morning I have lot of pain on my cheat area, but I am normal I go for walk 5 km no issues in doing so. Can you suggest is this due to any blockage issues or like pulmonary embolism or is this just anxiety/stress kindly advice, I had a good lifestyle and used to play daily tennis 2 hours and yoga pranayam, playing badminton before this issue, now I am walking around 7 km daily. I have gone to all doctors but no improvement, bp is normal like under 140/90 even I do not take temla 40/metoprolol 25 bp does no increase. I want some one to give me correct diagnosis what exactly is issue. Doctor also advice me in anxiety is more take alprazolam or alprax 5 mg. When I take alprazolam or alprax I feel normal.

Alprax is alprazolam a benzodiazepine which is highly addictive and harmful in longer run, causing cognitive deficits, personality changes, withdrawal seizures, dementia, etc. There is a method to add alternates, with neuronal stabilisers with reviews every two weeks. Kindly consult any psychiatrist, they will be able to do the needful. Good luck.

This medicine is habit forming and has adverse side effects. Avoid sleep during daytime. Have early and light dinner so that the food is digested before you go to bed. Don’t do any concentrated mental work thereafter so that your mind is calm and quiet when you go to bed and lingering thoughts in mind don’t disturb your sleep. Keep your bed room comfortably cooler. Have a good night sleep. If you still have problem, homeopathy has very good solution. No side effects. No addiction. Please take ho...more

Dear user, you know you have anxiety but di you know what is the reason behind your anxiety. Medicine will give you temporary relief, when you will stop taking medicines the problem will appear again. Bcoz you are not working on the root cause of your problem. You are too young to take these medicines so it's my humble request not to make it a habit for future. You can reduce your medicines and then stop slowly but first of all I need a complete case history of yours and want to guide you about ...more
